Founder and principal advisor

Nelly brings more than 17 years of experience across Talent Acquisition, workforce transformation, organisational change and executive hiring across Australia, New Zealand and APAC.

Her career has spanned in-house, RPO and recruitment agency environments, including work with Ericsson, Telstra and Vodafone and through Randstad Enterprise and Hays Talent Solutions. This breadth of experience has given her first-hand exposure to different Talent Acquisition operating models and different ways organisations access and build workforce capability.

Nelly has led regional Talent Acquisition teams, transformation and workforce initiatives, and worked with senior leaders across multiple markets and business functions. Her experience spans hands-on recruitment and executive hiring through to regional leadership, workforce projects, capability development and organisational change.

Today, her focus is on creating commercially grounded Talent Acquisition and workforce operating models designed for the environment organisations are operating in now, with the capability, tools, intelligence and structure required to perform consistently rather than depending on expert staff to compensate for the model.
